SUMMARY:Building our collective resilience from the ground up
DESCRIPTION:Join Rowe Morrow from Resilient Blue Mountains and Jean Renouf\, from Resilient Byron in a community discussion on ‘what does resilience mean for us’?  We will be discussing how to make sense of these unprecedented times\, and look at practical ways to change the ways we live\, and prepare\, together\, for what has effectively already started. \n  \nRowe Morrow\, The Blue Mountains Permaculture Institute \nBorn in Perth\, Rowe was claimed early by the Earth; plants\, animals\, stones\, weather. A recognised global leader in the Permaculture movement and an expert in community education\, agricultural science and rural sociology. \n  \nJean S. Renouf\, Co-chair\, Resilient Byron \nJean is a Lecturer at Southern Cross University\, a firefighter with Fire and Rescue NSW and a dad of two young boys. Each themed weekend is an opportunity to connect with community and engage in productive\, real\, grass roots solutions to the challenges we all face.
