DESCRIPTION:CONCERT FOR TIMOR LESTE 2024 is being held on SUNDAY June 30th\, at the Mid Community Mountains Centre. \nThe concert is initiated by Solidarity Choir who will be visiting Timor Leste in 2024 and supported by Blue Mountains East Timor Sisters \nAll proceeds from this event will be distributed to Timorese organisations that promote the health\, wellbeing\, education and advancement of women\, children and marginalised groups in Timor Leste. \nThe direct link to the booking page https://events.humanitix.com/concert-for-timor-leste \nPERFORMERS \nANDY BUSUTTIL & JOHN ROBINSON – OUD VIBRATIONS\nPlaying their Middle Eastern instruments in their folk tradition. \nCRAIG SINCLAIR\nA new arrival to the Blue Mountains\, Craig will present a range of songs with vocals and guitar. \nMARGARET & BOB FAGAN \nMargaret & Bob have been singing together for 50 years and will delight us with contemporary and traditional folk songs. \nTHE AUSTRALIAN UNION & SOLIDARITY CHOIR\nSinging songs of struggle in English and other languages. \nDoors open 1:30pm – Concert from 2:00pm – 5:00pm \nMid Mountains Centre 7 New St. Lawson. \nTickets available at the door but help us by buying in advance through this link  https://events.humanitix.com/concert-for-timor-leste \nTickets are $40 or $35 concession. \nThere will be a raffle with great prizes and refreshments can be purchased at intermission
