The new Festival of Resilience is a celebration of the Blue Mountains community as a resilient, creative, connected community, living sustainably within a World Heritage National Park.

Running from early September to mid October, the Festival of Resilience will celebrate community resilience and showcase local, practical approaches to sustainability, climate action,  and caring for country. And we want your events and ideas! Find out more …

Over 5 weekends, a series of headline and crowdsourced events will take place up and down the mountains. Each themed weekend is an opportunity to connect with community and engage in productive, real, grass roots solutions to the challenges we all face. Solar, EV, community gardening, social housing, circular economies, picnics in the park, upcycling, mass singalongs, waste to art, junk band and much more.
