Resilient
Blue Mountains
The 2019/2020 bushfires, the 2020 floods and the global pandemic have created an immediate need for a sustainable recovery, while the unfolding climate crisis demands nothing short of transformation.
Climate, environment and sustainability groups from across the Blue Mountains have joined together to begin a process of radical collaboration. The first step towards a Resilient Blue Mountains was taken with the Forum for Recovery, held 12 September 2020 at Lawson.
Resilient Blue Mountains is built on the passion of our volunteers.

The Festival of Resilience is a celebration of the Blue Mountains community as a resilient, creative, connected community, living sustainably within a World Heritage National Park.
